This program is designed for the youth to find their balance in terms of spiritual, mental and physical aspects of life. The program is complementary to your academic studies. It aims to build the foundation for a successful & meaningful life.
You’ll be working with a "Consultant"; who, through observation and consultation, guides you on the path that leads to the development of your capacities, talents and aspirations.
The program is offered to selected individuals after a short interview and assessment and It requires time commitment by participants in regular weekly 90-minute sessions as well as
Research, Planning and Practice

The program focuses on the following elements:

1.  Spiritual – Focused on Relations
A.   Inspirational Writings:
Each session begins with an inspirational passage. The Consultant will assist you to develop a perspective on 'self' in relation to 'community' and the 'environment'.
B.   Community:
You'll focus on a virtue each week. The Consultant will provide guidance. You’re asked to practice the virtue at home, with friends and/or in a social setting and share your observations with the Consultant.
C.   Institutions:
Serving as a volunteer in a public or private institution helps to better understand the inner workings of society and possibly an initial interest to pursue a field of study and work. 


2. 
Mental – Focused on Learning & Service
A.   Arts:
You'll research different forms of arts with a focus on your special talents and the function of the arts. We’ll also look at the global state of the arts as well as the history and future possibilities.
B.   Science:
You’ll look at a field of science at each session. Guidance will be provided to research and share findings.
C.   Services:
Whether you serve as an artist, scientist or a manager, it's important to see the significance of your contribution to society and how you're helping to advance civilization to higher levels of understanding and cohesiveness.  

3.
  Physical – Focused on Health & Environment
A.   Nutrition:
What you feed your cells is integral part of your identity. Good nutrition is the foundation of good health. The Consultant will provide you with practical suggestions.
B.   Life Environment:
Living in clean environment and having some basic necessities such as food, drinkable water, clothing, shelter, electricity, communication and transportation is the basic need of every human being.
C.   Natural Resources:
Awareness of the importance of our natural resources and its preservation and protection for future generations is the focus of this segment of the program.
