The Path of Success
A Mentoring Program for The Youth

This program is designed to help the youth find the path of success and the balance between social, economic and ecological aspects of life. The program aims to create a better awareness of the role that the youth can play as agents of change in advancing social, economic and ecological balance in global development processes and building the foundation for a successful and meaningful life.
The
"mentor" guides the "mentee" on a path leading to the development of capacities, talents and aspirations.
The program is offered to selected individuals after a short interview and evaluation and It requires time commitment by participants in regular weekly 90-minute sessions as well as
Research, Planning and Practice.
The program focuses on the following elements:

1.  Social – Focused on Values & Relations
Each session is f
ocused on a specific set of values such as friendship, cooperation, respect, trust, unity, ...etc. The mentor helps the mentee to see how the value can be put to practice in various settings and the outcome is discussed. The practice aims at building better relations with the family and in the community.
Here, the importance of family as the foundation and the most basic unit of society is emphasized and specific skills for consultation, collaboration and sharing among family members is studied and put to practice.
Furthermore, various activities are conducted to help with the process of community-building and becoming aware of the needs of our neighbors, co-workers and friends.

2. 
Economic – Focused on Learning & Service
Various branches of the arts are discussed with a strong focus on creativity that serves the greater good, fosters human potential and helps social harmony.
Here, the role of science and technology as the means for advancing civilization and creating higher levels of understanding and consciousness is the focus while the latest developments in technology are studied and discussed.
Service and serving the community as the means for personal growth is the most central theme of this segment of the program. Whether you serve as an artist, scientist or a manager, it's important to realize the significance of your contribution to society and how it acts as the engine for social-economic advancement. 

3.
 
Ecological – Focused on Health & Reources
Here, human health is examined and how it relates to ecology. The benefits of good nutrition, clean environment, physical activities and relaxation is discussed and put to practice.
Furthermore, the importance of  living in clean environment and having access to drinkable water, food and shelter as the most basic need of every human being is looked upon. Here, there is a also emphasis on  cleanliness as a sign of inner well-being.
Awareness of the importance of our natural resources, its preservation and protection for future generations is the other focus of this segment of the program. Recycling and waste management practices are studied and tried in a systematic way.
